Membership Terms & Conditions

01 Eligibility

To become a Member, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Reside legally in the Republic of Korea.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Complete mobile phone verification during sign-up.
• Maintain only one Membership account unless approved by the Company.

The Company may suspend or reject any account that contains false or misleading information.

02 Membership Benefits

Active (approved) Members may receive benefits including but not limited to:

• Access to membership / wholesale pricing
• Member-exclusive products
• Special discounts
• Promotional coupons
• Early access to new arrivals
• Priority customer service
• Exclusive shopping events

Product prices and checkout remain locked until subscription fee payment is verified and the Company approves your account. Membership benefits may change without prior notice.

03 Subscription Fees & Auto-Renewal

Membership requires payment of a subscription fee on a monthly basis. This fee is a service charge for member pricing and shopping benefits on the closed mall. It is not a one-time join fee, donation, or payment related to recruiting other members.

The applicable fee (currently Monthly Subscription Fee: ₩9,900) will be displayed before you complete registration and payment.

Unless you cancel, Membership automatically renews every month until cancelled. Details are set out in the Subscription & Billing Policy.

Payment instructions (including bank transfer details, where applicable) are provided after account creation. Access to member pricing and purchasing is granted only after the Company confirms payment and approves your Membership.

By registering, you acknowledge that Membership is a paid, closed-mall privilege and that fee amounts may be updated by the Company for future billing cycles.

04 Cancellation

Members may request cancellation of auto-renewal or Membership at any time through:

• Customer Service (email or inquiry form)
• Guidance on the Membership page / account communications

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically entitle you to a refund of subscription fees already paid for the current period. Access to member pricing ends when the Company closes or suspends the account, or when the paid period expires after cancellation, as applicable.

05 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will only be provided where required by applicable law or in cases of duplicate or incorrect billing.

06 Products & Orders

Membership does not guarantee product availability.

All orders remain subject to:

• Stock availability
• Payment verification
• Fraud prevention review
• Seller / supplier confirmation
• Admin approval of your Membership status

The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any order.

07 Pricing

Member pricing may differ from prices available to non-members. Non-members cannot view member prices.

Prices may change without notice.

The Company does not guarantee future pricing.

08 Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services
• Customs inspections
• Weather conditions
• Government regulations
• Force majeure

09 User Responsibilities

Members agree NOT to:

• Share Membership accounts
• Allow others to use their account
• Abuse promotions or coupons
• Use automated purchasing software
• Resell Membership accounts
• Commit payment fraud
• Harass sellers or customer support

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

10 Account Suspension

The Company may suspend or terminate any Membership if the Member:

• Violates these Terms
• Uses stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Provides false information
• Commits fraudulent activities
• Harms the Company’s reputation
• Repeatedly abuses promotions

Subscription fees will not be refunded after termination for misconduct.

11 Export & Legal Compliance

Certain products may be restricted under Korean export laws or other applicable regulations.

The Company reserves the right to refuse orders that violate export control laws.

Members are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

12 Identity Verification

The Company may request identity verification including:

• Alien Registration Card (ARC)
• Passport
• Other government-issued identification

Failure to complete verification may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

13 Commercial Resale

Products purchased through the Membership are intended primarily for personal or authorized business use.

Unauthorized resale or commercial redistribution may result in Membership termination.

14 Intellectual Property

All website content including:

• Logos
• Images
• Product descriptions
• Software
• Trademarks

remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid during the previous three (3) months (or, if less, the most recent subscription fee paid).

16 Privacy

Personal information is collected, processed, and stored according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Korean law.

By using the Service, you consent to such processing, including SMS verification and subscription fee payment review.

You also agree that Site Manager and Operator companies may mutually share membership and service-related information as described in §25.

17 Modification of Terms

The Company may modify these Terms, subscription fees, or Membership benefits at any time.

Changes become effective upon publication on the website.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18 Language

These Terms are provided in English for the convenience of Members.

If translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

19 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

21 Fee Payment Consent

By registering, you expressly agree that:

“I understand that HeybroMart is a members-only closed mall.

I agree to pay the subscription fee shown at registration for member pricing and shopping benefits.

I understand that my Membership will automatically renew every month until cancelled.

I understand that product prices and purchasing unlock only after payment verification and Company approval.

I may contact Customer Service regarding cancellation subject to the Subscription & Billing Policy and Return & Refund Policy.”

22 Fraud Prevention

The Company monitors transactions to prevent fraud.

Suspicious activities including multiple accounts, unusual purchasing patterns, payment abuse, or identity theft may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.

23 Account Sharing

Membership is personal and non-transferable.

Sharing login credentials or allowing another person to use your Membership is strictly prohibited.

25 Site Manager & Operator — Shared Information

HeybroMart is jointly operated by the companies disclosed in the website footer as Site Manager and Operator. By registering for Membership, you expressly agree that your account, membership, payment, order, shipping, and customer-support related information may be collected, used, and mutually shared between both companies for service operation, membership verification, payment review, order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
